01 / About ORYX

A thermal equipment manufacturer for projects that cannot fail.

ORYX Thermal Systems manufactures coils, condensers, evaporators, heat exchangers, and dry coolers for HVAC, refrigeration, and process cooling applications. Every unit is built to project specification rather than pulled from a stock catalog.

We work directly with MEP consultants, HVAC contractors, OEMs, and facility operators across the GCC. Our scope covers technical sizing, fabrication drawings, manufacturing, factory testing, and delivery to site.

Production runs in our Dubai facility. Standard lead times are two to six weeks depending on geometry, quantity, and material availability. Emergency replacement work can ship faster when the schedule demands it.

02 / Capabilities

What we actually do.

Four capabilities cover almost every job that comes through the door. The rare exception becomes a custom build, scoped the same way.

/ 01

Coil engineering, sized for your duty point.

We design coil geometry, circuiting, and material selection around the actual operating conditions of your system. Output is documented in full submittal packages with selection ratings, dimensional drawings, and weights.

Chilled water and DX Hot water and steam R410A, R32, R454B AHRI 410 selection software
/ 02

Built in our facility. Not subcontracted.

Fin stamping, tube expansion, brazing, casing fabrication, pressure testing, and dehydration all happen under one roof. We own the schedule, the tolerances, and the traceability on every job we ship.

Copper and aluminum tubes Hydrophilic fin option Galvanized or 304 SS casing Tested to 1.5x working pressure
/ 03

Replacement coils for aging units.

When OEM parts are no longer available, we capture the geometry of the existing coil at site, replicate the footprint and connection points, and fabricate a current generation replacement that drops directly into the existing casing.

Engineers you can actually call.

Selection support during tender, fabrication drawings during approval, and commissioning support during installation. The team that prices your job is the team that designs, builds, and tests it.

03 / Product Range

A catalog built around how systems actually fail.

Six product families covering the majority of building HVAC, refrigeration, and industrial process cooling work. Custom geometries and one off builds are scoped through the same engineering team.

04 / Industries

Where our equipment goes to work.

Most projects fall into one of these six categories. The work changes by site, but the engineering discipline does not.

01

Construction & Real Estate

Residential towers, hotels, malls, and mixed use developments across the UAE and GCC. We supply coils for AHUs, FCUs, chiller plant rooms, and rooftop packaged units throughout the construction phase.

02

HVAC & MEP Contractors

Coil sizing during tender, submittal documentation during approval, reliable delivery during construction. We work in the way contractors actually need a supplier to work.

03

Industrial & Manufacturing

Process cooling, machine cooling, and conditioned air for production environments. Custom geometries for cleanrooms, paint booths, electronics assembly, and food production lines.

04

Energy & Utilities

Cooling for substations, gas treatment plants, and renewable generation sites. Heat exchangers and dry coolers built for continuous duty in remote and harsh locations.

05

Facility Management

Replacement coils, retrofit projects, and emergency fabrication for facility teams maintaining aging building stock. Site survey, fabrication, and installation support in one place.

06

OEM Equipment Builders

Component supply for equipment manufacturers building chillers, AHUs, rooftop units, and specialty cooling products. Drawings, ratings, and volume pricing for OEM programs.

05 / How We Work

From inquiry to commissioning, in four steps.

The same process whether the job is a single replacement coil or a building full of AHU components. Predictable timelines, clear documentation, no surprises at site.

STEP 01 Day 0 to 2

Technical sizing

Share your design conditions, drawings, and constraints. Our engineering team returns a sized selection with performance ratings, geometry, weight, and pricing typically within two business days.

STEP 02 Day 3 to 7

Design & approval

Once the selection is approved, we produce fabrication drawings, material lists, and certified rating sheets for submittal. Revisions during approval are part of the process, not a change order.

STEP 03 Week 2 to 5

Manufacturing & testing

Production runs through our facility with quality checks at fin stamping, tube expansion, brazing, and final assembly. Every coil is pressure tested, leak tested, dehydrated, and nitrogen charged before crating.

STEP 04 Week 5 to 6

Delivery & commissioning

Crating designed for sea, land, or air freight. We deliver to site with test certificates, installation guidelines, and refrigerant charging instructions. Commissioning support is available on request.
